Ik dacht dat een philharmonisch orkest van een stad was, bijvoorbeeld de Berliner Philharmoniker. Maar er zijn ook het Londens symfonie-orkest en de philharmonie van Vlaanderen. Hoe zit dat nu eigenlijk?.

Philharmonie betekenis Wat betekent Philharmonisch (en hoe spreek ik dat uit?) Die ph is eigenlijk een f, denk b.v. aan Philips of het Engelse Photography waar het dus twee keer in zit. “Phil” betekent liefde voor (denk aan audiofiel) en Philharmonie betekent dus liefde voor muziek.
