Duinlandschap betekenis

Van de zeekant naar de landkant is het duinlandschap opgebouwd uit een serie duidelijk te onderscheiden onderdelen: in zee liggende zandplaten, het strand op de scheidslijn van zee en land, de jonge duinen direct langs het strand en de oude duinen verder landinwaarts. Het duinlandschap is een smalle strook tussen de zee en het binnenland. Het duinlandschap (opgebouwd uit duidelijk te onderscheiden delen) kan men onderscheiden in in zee liggende zandplaten en het strand op de scheidslijn van de zee.

Duinlandschap betekenis Het van nature schone duinwater is heel geschikt om te drinken en het werd in het verleden bijvoorbeeld gebruikt om bier mee te brouwen en linnen te spoelen. In de loop van de tijd is het duinlandschap mede daardoor op veel plekken verdroogd.
